This is a crucial tool used by our chiropractor to help understand why you may be experiencing pain and dysfunction. We take the time to watch you move through space, performing your usual movements, and some standardized movements as they relate to your pain. A close eye is used to determine where flaws may be present in your own movement patterns. This process allows us a chance to discover variables that we can work on, to effectively get you out of pain and help you get back to the activities that you love.
This movement analysis assessment has two parts. The first part utilizes movements that we believe every able bodied human should be able to do, including our chiropractors. These movements are essential for living quality lives, full of strength, function, mobility and flexibility. The second part of the movement analysis includes movements more related to the sport or activity that you’re currently having trouble with. This dual approach allows your chiropractor a glimpse into how your body moves through space.
