  • a physical assessment of your injury with orthopedic tests to get to the root cause

  • A thorough history & discussion about your lifestyle and goals

  •  We jump straight into your first treatment, developing the foundation of what your rehab program will look like

Step 1

A Free 15 Min Consultation Call

  • In a brief, no-commitment call, tell me why you're looking for support in your rehab journey

  • Get clarity on what might be happening and how we can guide you through injury

  • You'll have an opportunity to decide if our treatment programs are the right fit for your lifestyle and goals

Step 3

One-Of-A-Kind Rehab Program

  • In 60 min treatment sessions, we’ll address weaknesses & rebuild strength.

  •  We’ll incorporate soft tissue work to complement the program: muscle work, cupping, and/or adjustments.

  • 12, 15 or 25 session programs depending on the severity of your injury, or intensity of your goals.

Achieve your Movement Goals

We are a cash based practice to ensure that your treatment and progress is never limited or capped by insurance. Credit & HSA Accepted

How long is a program? How many sessions do I need?

We offer programs of 12, 15 or 25 treatment sessions. This is decided after your Initial evaluation and based on the severity of your injury, or the intensity of your goals.

How do I make the most of my program?

Everything in-clinic is guided - you just get to show up ready to move. But we’ll also discuss your lifestyle to develop new habits and refine strategies that compound on our clinic sessions.

Why would I pick EMC over another specialist or style of treatment?
