Movement is Medicine
Recovering from an injury and managing pain can feel overwhelming and uncertain without guidance. You might relate to experiences like these:
-
Being told to rest after an injury, only for the pain to worsen
-
Feeling sidelined from the activities or sports you love due to lingering issues
-
Seeing multiple insurance-based MDs, chiropractors, or physical therapists without addressing the root cause
-
Receiving mixed or confusing advice from friends and family
-
Internet searches that leave you without clear solutions

At Elite Motion, we know that addressing pain and discomfort in the short term will allow you to make progress towards a stronger, more comfortable life in the long term. By understanding your unique lifestyle and goals, we develop a personalized, sustainable treatment plan to relieve pain, build resilience and strength, and enhance your performance.

Meet Dr. Andrew
Dr. Andrew’s journey into healthcare started with a life dedicated to movement. Growing up, he embraced an active lifestyle filled with skating, biking, running, CrossFit, hiking, and powerlifting. Staying strong and healthy has always been a priority, and his love for fitness has shaped both his life and career.
15 years as an athlete who struggled in the traditional medical system.
Throughout his athletic pursuits, Dr. Andrew has faced his own setbacks with injuries, from running pain and hip discomfort during skating to challenges with barbell squatting. These experiences taught him the resilience and patience needed to overcome injuries and get back to the activities that bring joy and fulfillment.
My Philosophy
Now, as a chiropractor, Dr. Andrew sees healthcare through a unique lens—one focused on movement and functional recovery. His approach is rooted in the belief that doctors should act as guides, empowering patients rather than "saving" them. By helping others take control of their own healing process, Dr. Andrew exemplifies his belief in leading by example, showing his patients the way to a healthy, strong, and active life.

Elite Motion utilizes a continually evolving toolkit of manual therapy and movement-based techniques to support your recovery and growth.
Rehabilitative Exercise
Movement is medicine! Combined with other treatment methods, exercise and muscle building can create a strong foundation for long-term resilience and pain reduction.
Cupping
Suction cups are strategically applied on the body across facial lines. This technique promotes blood flow and mobilizes soft tissues to reduce stiffness and pain.
Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization
Utilizes various medical-grade tools to “scrape” muscles in order to relieve pain and increase range of motion. This is a form of myofascial release, but utilizes tools that allow for variable pressure and surface area.
Chiropractic Adjustment
Quick, precisely delivered pressure to a joint to restore a joint’s function, increase range of motion, and open a window of opportunity where pain is decreased. Adjustments typically result in short term benefits unless combined with additional treatment methods to create strength and stability.
Myofascial Release
A hands-on technique that utilizes sustained, firm and controlled pressure on soft tissue with guided movement in order to remove restrictions in the body’s connective tissues, or facia and improve range of motion.
Post Isometric Relaxation (Reciprocal Inhibition)
Utilizes muscle activation and stretching to create a state of relaxation. This increases range of motion and reduces muscle tension and spasms.
Movement Analysis Assessment
Comprehensive assessment of how your body moves through various basic human movements, along with movements involved in your favorite activities. This assessment informs diagnosis and treatment.
Dermal Traction
By gently lifting the skin, this method targets superficial nerves and reduces compression and irritation from surrounding tissue. Cupping is a form of dermal traction, but some methods of skin lifting are applied by hand.
