Still resting and icing your injury? How We Build Treatment Plans With You, Not For You

The Problem with Generic Advice
When you go to the doctor (chiropractor, physical therapist, medical doctor, etc.) for an injury, you’ll often hear the same recommendations: rest, ice, eat well, take it easy. And while those suggestions may work for a short while, they rarely come with real support for building habits and a plan that actually fits your lifestyle.
And let’s be honest—much of the advice we’ve all heard for years, like “RICE” (Rest, Ice, Compression, Elevation), is antiquated. It’s been shown to slow recovery in many cases, yet it’s still given out by clinicians as the go-to recovery tip. That’s not the approach we believe in, and it’s not the approach that helps you truly heal.
Our healthcare system is designed to move patients quickly through the process. That means little flexibility, little personalization, and little time spent understanding you. Over time, patients get used to hearing these generic recommendations, with little progress to show for it.
But here’s the truth: it can be better.

What We Do Differently
When you work with us, our goal is to create a sports chiropractic plan with you, not for you. We take the time to understand your injury, your daily life, and the end goal you want to reach.
We do things differently here:
Time to listen to your story and your injury journey - your journey is unique
Integration with your lifestyle (not just a list of exercises) - creating a reasonable plan
A rehab strategy designed with you, not just handed to you
Practical, flexible steps that make sense for your day-to-day life
A clear path built around your end goal
Your recovery should never feel like a checklist—it should feel like progress towards your goals. Our sports chiropractor take the guesswork out of your recovery journey. No more asking YouTube for "exercises to fix my lower back pain," or Googling "top exercises to shoulder problems."
A thorough evaluation by our sports chiropractor helps to create a thorough recovery plan.
