  • This is the first step toward building a structured rehab plan and determining whether this treatment approach is the right fit for your goals.

Step 2

Initial Evaluation &

Plan of Care

  • The Initial Evaluation is a comprehensive 75-minute assessment that lays the foundation for your entire rehab program.

  • This is where we go beyond surface-level symptoms. Dr. Andrew performs a thorough movement and orthopedic assessment to understand why you’re hurting, what’s limiting you, and what needs to change.

  • You’ll leave with clarity, a structured plan, and your first treatment session to begin moving forward immediately.

Step 3

One-Of-A-Kind 

Rehab Program

  • In progressive 60 min, in-person treatment sessions, we target your specific weaknesses, restore movement, and build resiliency to help you recover from injury

  • Your program combines guided exercises with hands-on treatments tailored to your body’s needs. Soft tissue work, such as muscle release, cupping, and adjustments, complements your strengthening and mobility plan to maximize results.

  • 12, 15 or 25 session programs depending on the severity of your injury, or intensity of your goals.

  • Each session is designed to move you closer to your goals with measurable progress, ensuring you leave stronger, more confident, and ready to perform at your best.

Through Injury & Beyond

  • You’ll leave stronger and more confident than you arrived
